Terms of service

  1. Cleaning service total fee is payable immediately on arrival, before commencement of work.
  2. EFT payment has to be immediate.
  3. In case of power cut, generator use charge of R50 will apply. Otherwise, team will not wait longer than 20 mins for power restoration. Thus the work will be terminated and no refunds.
  4. No responsibility will be taken if fabric is broken due to weakness of the material.
  5. Minimum of 6 hours is required for drying after washing, during which contact must be avoided.
  6. A picture of the furniture will be taken before and after cleaning to show the difference made by the cleaning process. Please note that some discolorations on the fabric are not removable by washing or can be caused by seepage from underlays. Such instances cannot be covered by the money back guarantee.
